Does someone know a private eye dog who was constantly ruining the criminal plans of two rats. If I am not wrong, his name was Digger. Thanks. By the way, great site, mr. Markstein!

The 90s, I guess. A TV cartoon. A detective dog helped by a younger one (a nephew if I am not wrong) and ruining the schemes of two rats. I remember there was a duck mailwoman among the caracters.

Still not ringing a bell. In the 1990s, animation was just starting to recover from the blandness (dictated by parent action groups) of the '70s and '80s, and I hadn't fully picked up on the fact yet. (My current excuse for not fully keeping up to date is that there's too much of it, with three cable channels doing practically nothing else. I like a lot of 21st century stuff, such as Jimmy Neutron and Fairly Odd Parents, but the sheer volume is overwhelming.)
Sooner or later, I'll be seriously researching the period, and will write articles about it right and left. But for now -- sorry. Maybe someone else can help.
